New Features

New features in v3.0 enable Tourbook to meet the needs of more people and build a foundation for future developments, including:

Detailed Programming Information - for those who programme venues, or events in a range of different spaces, you can now share programming policies, dates, lead-in times and more.
Site-wide Search - brand new site-wide search provides a more intelligent, flexible searching facility to find the people, pages and tours you are looking for.
People Directory - a full directory of people in the Tourbook community, helping you to find the people with the skills you need, in the locations you need them.
Individual Profiles - everyone can now share their skills, experience, content and collaborations with the Tourbook community.
Support for Service Organisations and Creative Producers - introducing new page categories in support of a range of services such as producers, technical providers, freelancer and more.
Reporting & Listing Feedback - think something on Tourbook isn’t quite right? You can now provide feedback or queries direclty on every page so we can make sure information is up to date, acurate and useful to everybody.

v3.0 includes a wide range of site-wide improvements including:

Improved Venue Map Display - improvements to venue mapping mean we can now provide a more flexible map - to show you just the venues you need.
Flexible Collaborator Management - we now support multiple collaborators and contacts for each of your pages, which means you can invite and share pages with whoever needs to be kept up-to-date and collaborate on technical, marketing and programming information.
Improved Filters - this update brings a wider range of filters and options to help you find the pages that are most relevant to your search.
Improved Notifications & Preferences Management - more control to manage the preferences, messages and notifications you receive from platform activity and other users.
Improved Messaging & Inboxes - significant improvements to messaging and inbox facilities including better notifications, group message threads and real-time updates.
Accessibility Improvements - to ensure that Tourbook is as easy as possible for everyone to use.
Performance Enhancements - we’ve made big changes to how we deliver the Tourbook interface to you, meaning pages load faster and you can get your work done quicker.
